Raff Portrait Gallery

The only known photographs of Raff are formal portraits from his time as director of the Hoch Conservatory between 1877 and 1882. There are four sketches of him dating from the early 1850s in Weimar, but most of the other contemporary portraits are illustrations or etchings based on the late photos.
